How are credits used?
Credits are deducted when an order is placed. The cost depends on the order — single pages cost a small fixed amount, larger batches scale per-page cost down. The exact figure for any matrix is shown live in the generation form before you confirm.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your balance until you spend them. There is no monthly burn, no rollover cap and no clawback.
Are features gated by tier?
No. Every feature — every template, batch generation, multi-language, REST API, webhooks — is unlocked from your first dollar. The only thing that changes is the bonus credit %.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Crypto via our payment partner — USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), BTC, ETH and others. Card and wire transfer support are on the roadmap.
Can I top up more than once?
Yes. Each top-up is treated independently — the bonus % is calculated on that deposit, not on lifetime spend.
