Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, redeeming a promo code, depositing funds, or otherwise using WhiteCraft (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Violation of any provision below entitles us to restrict functionality, block your account, and void your balance (credits, bonuses, promotional and referral earnings) as described in §13.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

3. Your Account

• Registration requires a valid email address; email verification is mandatory before you can access the dashboard.
• One person — one account. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeat bonuses, promo codes, referral rewards, or to circumvent limits is prohibited (see §9).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your login and API keys.
• You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account with third parties.
• We may request additional verification (identity, payment method, traffic source) where abuse is suspected, and may suspend account operations until the review is complete.

4. Credits, Deposits & Billing

• The Service runs on a prepaid credit system. Base rate: 1 credit = $1 USD (before bonuses).
• Credits are non-refundable and non-withdrawable. They cannot be converted back to money and may only be spent on site generation within the Service. This applies to all credit types — deposits, bonuses, promotional and referral credits.
• Deposits range from $10 to $10,000 per transaction. Larger deposits earn bonus credits: $50+ → +5%, $100+ → +10%, $250+ → +15%, $500+ → +20%, $1,000+ → +25%.
• Order price depends on the number of unique content variations, layouts, and languages. Credits are deducted in full at the moment the order is created; an order is not created if your balance is insufficient.
• Crypto payments are final upon blockchain confirmation.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in circumvention of these Terms is treated as fraud and results in immediate account blocking and forfeiture of your balance.

5. Promo Codes

• Each promo code may be used once per account, subject to the specific limits we set at issuance (total activation cap, expiry date, "new users only" window, deposit or account-age requirements).
• Activating promo codes across multiple accounts controlled by the same person or group in order to accumulate bonuses is prohibited; all accounts involved will be blocked and the credits voided.
• Automated discovery, generation, or mass activation (brute-forcing) of promo codes is prohibited.
• Promo codes do not stack unless a specific campaign states otherwise.
• We may deactivate a promo code, change its terms, or void rewards obtained in breach of the campaign rules at any time.

6. Referral Program

• Referral commission is 10% of the referred user's deposit amount in USD, credited to your balance.
• Commissions apply to direct (first-level, L1) referrals only and expire 12 months from the referral's registration.
• Self-referral, circular schemes between related accounts, registering fake or technical accounts, and misleading recruitment are prohibited. Referral payouts are skipped where the referrer and the referred account share identifying signals (e.g. the same IP).
• Referral credits are non-withdrawable and may only be spent on generation. Where abuse is detected, referral earnings are voided and the accounts involved are blocked.

7. Order Reviews & Refunds

• You may review a completed order. A positive review closes it; a negative review (with a category) enters our support queue.
• Following review, we may credit a refund back to your balance — the full order or a per-site share — or fix/regenerate the work manually.
• A refund is issued once per review. Abusing the review mechanism (mass unfounded negative reviews to recover credits for sites actually used) is prohibited; such refunds are reversed and the account may be restricted.

8. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the end use of the sites you generate, the traffic you drive to them, and their compliance with the law and with the policies of advertising networks and payment systems in your jurisdictions. You may not use the Service to:

• generate content that violates applicable law in any relevant jurisdiction;
• infringe third-party intellectual-property rights (copying brands, logos, or protected content);
• conduct fraud, phishing, or distribute malware, or generate deceptive material targeting identifiable individuals;
• promote licensed activities (financial services, gambling, medical/nutra products, etc.) without holding the required licences and permissions in the target jurisdiction and without the mandatory legal disclaimers;
• remove or conceal mandatory legal notices or disclaimers added by the Service;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or place an excessive load on the Service;
• resell access to the Service, credits, or accounts without our permission.

Technical uniqueness mechanisms (markup/style randomisation, structural variation) exist to prevent duplication and copying of your own templates and do not relieve you of the duty to comply with laws and with advertising/payment-platform policies.

9. Multiple Accounts

Operating more than one account per person, or coordinating a group of accounts to farm promo codes, inflate the referral program, or bypass generation limits, is prohibited. To detect this we may consider, individually or in combination: shared IP addresses or subnets, device and browser patterns, payment methods and details, behavioural patterns, referral links between accounts, email patterns, and timing of activity. Where multi-accounting is established, all linked accounts may be blocked simultaneously, and bonus, promotional, and referral credits on them are voided.

10. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the output generated for your orders. Underlying templates, code, and platform technology remain the property of WhiteCraft.

11. API Access

API keys are issued for your account use only. You must not share keys or use them beyond the rate limits applicable to your account. Per-account daily generation volume limits may apply. A blocked account loses API access and its keys are deactivated.

12. Generated Content Storage & Availability

Generated sites are available for download (full order or per-site ZIP). Files are retained for 30 days after order completion and may then be deleted automatically — download your results in time. The Service is not a long-term hosting provider for generated sites.

13. Suspension, Termination & Forfeiture

• We may warn, restrict, suspend, or block an account that breaches these Terms.
• Grounds for immediate blocking without prior notice include, without limitation: multi-accounting, farming of promo codes or the referral program, chargebacks/payment reversals in circumvention of these Terms, review abuse, fraud, and illegal use of generated content.
• On blocking for a breach: bonus, promotional, and referral credits are voided; dashboard and API access end; generated files may become unavailable (see §12).
• Credits purchased with real money are not refunded where the block results from a proven breach of these Terms.
• You may close your account at any time.

14. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the suitability of generated content for any specific advertising network, payment system, or jurisdiction — admission and moderation are the user's responsibility.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WhiteCraft is established, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms, pricing, bonus schedules, and promo-code conditions. The current version is published on the Service; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard.
