White Page Generators in 2026: 6 Services Compared on Price and Features

There are now plenty of white page generators, and they all promise roughly the same thing: fast, unique, "passes review". In practice they differ a lot. Some make one page for a couple of dollars inside a Telegram bot, some build a multi-page site by hand in an hour, and some generate in batches. We compared six services on the same criteria to make choosing easier.

How we chose and compared

We included services that sell white page generation as their main product and publish their terms on their own website. We left out services that sell or promote cloaking integrations. That is a different category of tool, and it goes against ad-network policies.

WhiteCraft

WhiteCraft generates batches of multi-page sites from one brief. You choose a vertical (67), a topic, a GEO (70 countries), a language (45, up to 5 per order), and how many copy variations and layouts you want. One order produces up to 100 different sites.

Each site is static HTML+CSS with:

• contacts in the country's format;
• a privacy policy, terms, a cookie policy and a cookie banner;
• structured data without invented ratings.

Before download, every site gets a health score with hints on what to fix. You can use it from the web app, a Telegram bot or a REST API.

• Strengths: scale (up to 100 sites per order), GEO localization, legal pages, and clean HTML with no CMS fingerprint.
• Good to know: $3 a site, $2 each once one order reaches 50 sites. No WordPress/PHP output and no hosting: clean HTML in a ZIP.
• Best for: teams that need many different sites for different accounts, GEOs and languages.

WPG (wpgads.com)

WPG runs as a Telegram mini app and a web interface. It offers several output types: a landing page, a multi-page site of up to 11 pages, a 6-article blog and a WordPress news site. An online store is marked "coming soon".

Output comes as HTML/PHP or WordPress in a ZIP. It can generate 10 landing pages at a time and checks content for common "red flags" before generating. New users get $6 for subscribing to the service's channel.

• Strengths: low, public per-unit prices and a choice of formats, including WordPress.
• Limitations: the site says nothing about legal pages or contacts, and the store isn't available yet.
• Best for: cheap single landing pages or WordPress sites.

WhitePages.bot

WhitePages.bot has a web interface and a Telegram bot, with an API for corporate clients. The base package is a home page, 3 blog pages, a contact page and a privacy policy. The blog can grow to 15 pages.

• Strengths: the lowest stated price per site ($1.60), with a privacy policy included.
• Limitations: the file format isn't described on the site. It promises a "100% moderation approval guarantee", which no tool can give (more on that below).
• Best for: an inexpensive blog-style site with a minimal page set.

WhiteGen (whitegen.me)

WhiteGen works mainly through a Telegram bot. Its sites are made "by people with AI assistance":

• Standard: from $6.50, about 30 minutes;
• Premium (single page): from $15, 2–3 hours;
• Extra (multi-page): $25, 1.5–2 hours.

Every site includes policies, terms and addresses. There are "market", "article" and Play-Market-style PWA structures.

• Strengths: human polish, legal pages and addresses on every site, and several structures.
• Limitations: noticeably pricier and slower than automated generators. The file format and batch generation aren't described on the site.
• Best for: carefully built individual sites when the budget allows.

Gen White Page (gen-white-page.com)

Gen White Page is a Telegram bot. In 2–5 minutes it sends a ZIP with a single-page site in HTML or PHP.

• schema.org (Organization and FAQPage), canonical and Open Graph tags are built in.

• Your name, address, city, domain and phone are worked into the copy.

• 24+ categories and 20+ languages.

• $5 Standard or $12 Premium, with a $10 minimum top-up.

• Strengths: fast, SEO markup out of the box, no subscription.

• Limitations: Telegram only, and multi-page output and legal pages aren't described. It claims a "98% pass rate" (see below).

• Best for: one tidy page, fast, right inside Telegram.

NPPR Team WhiteGen

NPPR Team's generator is a simple web form on npprteamshop.com. You enter a keyword, a site name and a language (34 locales), and there are fields for injecting your own code into head and body. The page doesn't state the output format, number of pages or price. Aggregator round-ups usually describe it as free.

• Strengths: the simplest way to try things out, and you can inject your own code (e.g. analytics) straight away.
• Limitations: almost nothing is documented.
• Best for: a quick experiment with no budget.

How to choose for your task

About "guaranteed approval"

Some services promise a "100% guarantee" or a "98% pass rate". We don't quote numbers like these, and we suggest treating them with caution. The decision belongs to the ad network, under its own rules. It weighs everything: the account, the creative, the offer and account behaviour.

If you need one page to test with, any low-cost bot from the table above will do. But a media-buying team usually has a different job: dozens of different sites for different accounts, GEOs and languages, each with its own privacy policy, terms and country-specific contacts.
